Summary

Grafana Enterprise and Grafana OSS from 8.1.0 through 12.3.11, from 12.4.0 before 12.4.13, from 13.0.0 before 13.0.11, from 13.1.0 before 13.1.8, and from 13.2.0 before 13.2.4 are affected. The Azure Monitor data source resource proxy is an unintended proxy (CWE-441) that lets a user with query access call Azure Resource Manager APIs beyond those Grafana needs. The calls use the data source's Azure identity, so the impact is bounded by the Azure role granted to that identity.
