Summary
Okta RADIUS Agent from 2.17.5 before 2.28.0 is affected on Windows. The Windows installer grants write permissions on the directories holding the agent configuration, AES encryption key and logs to NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES and CREATOR OWNER, which is an incorrect permission assignment for a critical resource (CWE-732). Any local service account on the host can read the AES encryption key and the encrypted Okta API token, and the CVSS vector requires low privileges and local access.

Description from the CNA
The Okta RADIUS Agent Windows installer assigns write permissions to the NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES and CREATOR OWNER security principals on the directories containing the agent configuration, AES encryption key, and logs. These permissions allow any local service account on the host to read the AES encryption key and the encrypted Okta API token.
