Summary
AdPlug through 2.4 contains a heap-based buffer overflow in CksmPlayer::update() that writes past the fixed databuf array without bounds checking (CWE-787). An attacker who supplies a crafted .ksm module whose notes share one time slot can corrupt heap memory and cause a denial of service. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction.
