Summary
FreeRDP from 2.0.0 before 3.32.0 contains an unbounded reassembly flaw in WTSProcessChannelData that does not enforce cumulative fragment limits (CWE-400). An authenticated client with low privileges on the network can start a static virtual channel message, withhold the LAST flag, and keep sending fragments until server memory is exhausted. An exploit link is listed in the references.
