Summary
Nezha from 2.0.13 before 2.3.15 contains a resource exhaustion flaw that lets authenticated users open an unlimited number of concurrent connections to the /api/v1/ws/transfer WebSocket endpoint. Because the subscriptions are not limited (CWE-770), an attacker can hold thousands of them and exhaust file descriptors, memory and goroutines. This blocks agent gRPC reconnections, and an attacker needs only low-privileged authenticated access over the network.

Description from the CNA
Nezha from 2.0.13 before 2.3.15 contains a resource exhaustion vulnerability that allows authenticated users to open unbounded concurrent connections to the /api/v1/ws/transfer WebSocket endpoint. Attackers can hold thousands of subscriptions created by ServerTransferClass.Subscribe without limits, exhausting file descriptors, memory, and goroutines and blocking agent gRPC reconnections.
