Summary

Antiword through 0.37 from Adri van Os contains a stack out-of-bounds read in prop8.c (CWE-125) because FKP run counts and grpprl offsets are not bounded. A local user who opens a crafted .doc file with malicious FKP pages can read past the 512-byte stack buffer, crashing antiword or corrupting style parsing. A public exploit is linked in the references.
