Summary

OpenCATS before 0.10.0 lets authenticated users view EEO demographic reports without the required permission. The ReportsUI::handleRequest() function lacks an authorization check (CWE-862), so users without the canSeeEEOInfo permission can invoke the customizeEEOReport and generateEEOReportPreview actions. These actions expose aggregate ethnicity, veteran, gender and disability statistics to a remote attacker with low privileges and no user interaction.

OpenCATS before 0.10.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in ReportsUI::handleRequest() that allows authenticated users to view EEO demographic reports without the canSeeEEOInfo permission.
