Summary
Oracle Database Server versions from 19.3 through 19.32, from 21.3 through 21.23 and from 23.4.0 through 23.26.3 are affected. Improper access control (CWE-284) in the Java VM component lets an attacker with low privileges and network access compromise it. Exploitation is difficult, and a successful attack can create, delete or modify critical data or all data the Java VM can access.
