Summary
Oracle VM VirtualBox 7.2.20 contains an improper access control flaw in its Core component, which Oracle lists as affecting the product. A low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where VirtualBox runs can compromise VirtualBox, but the attack is difficult and requires a human user other than the attacker to interact. Successful attacks can take over VirtualBox and may significantly affect additional products because the scope changes.
