Summary
FreeRDP from 2.0.0 before 3.32.0 has an improper certificate validation flaw (CWE-295) in its proxy. The proxy accepts untrusted target TLS certificates when no verification module is configured. A network-positioned attacker can intercept the proxy's outbound connection and present a self-signed certificate with a wrong hostname to impersonate the RDP target and receive proxied session data.
