Summary
The Trigger.dev webapp before 4.5.12 has a cross-site request forgery flaw (CWE-352) in its organization-level Slack OAuth flow. The OAuth state is the organization ID and is not bound to the initiating session. An attacker who knows a target organization ID can trick an authenticated member into opening an unredeemed /integrations/slack/callback URL, which connects an attacker-controlled Slack workspace that may receive the organization's operational alerts.
