Summary
Mattermost versions from 11.9.0 through 11.9.1, from 11.8.0 through 11.8.5, from 11.7.0 through 11.7.10, and from 11.10.0 through 11.10.1 fail to limit the volume of text extracted from an uploaded PDF. An authenticated user can upload a crafted PDF whose compressed content stream expands into a very large amount of text, exhausting server memory and causing a denial of service (CWE-409).
