Attack profile from CVSS 4.0 · CNA. Fix status from CNA. Impact type from CWE-862.

Summary

REDAXO before 5.21.5 contains a missing authorization check in the backup addon export, which accepts any database table. Non-admin users with the backup[export] permission can export rex_user, rex_user_session and other tables. An attacker with that permission can obtain plaintext session ids and stay-logged-in keys to take over admin accounts, or password hashes for offline cracking. The issue is tracked as CWE-862.
