Summary

REDAXO before 5.21.4 contains a missing authorization check in the media pool bulk move, which validates only the permission of the target category and ignores the source category. An authenticated backend user with permission for one media category can move files from restricted categories into it (CWE-639), then silently replace their contents across the site. The attacker needs low privileges and no user interaction.
