Summary
Kyverno before 1.19.2 contains a denial-of-service flaw in its In and NotIn operators. An unchecked type assertion (CWE-704) causes the policy engine to panic when a resource's JMESPath-evaluated values are arrays of integers, booleans, or mixed types. An unauthenticated remote attacker can submit such resources to crash the policy engine, which disrupts admission control and policy enforcement.
