Summary
Apache OFBiz before 24.09.08 is affected in the ViewFile component of Label Manager on all platforms. External control of a file name or path (CWE-73) lets the fileName parameter read arbitrary properties and XML files on the server. An authenticated user holding only the LABEL_MANAGER_VIEW permission can read files including the generated JWT signing key, which enables forging an authenticated administrator session.
