Summary
Nodemailer from 3.0.0 before 10.0.10 has a denial of service flaw in its SMTP client reply parser. The parser consumes resources without limit (CWE-400), so its work grows quadratically with the size of server replies. A malicious SMTP server or an on-path attacker can stream continuation lines without a completion line before authentication, blocking the Node.js event loop and exhausting memory.
