Summary

OpenCATS before 0.10.0 contains a missing authorization flaw (CWE-862) in the ajax/deleteActivity.php and ajax/editActivity.php endpoints. A user with READ-level access can edit or delete activity entries by supplying an arbitrary activityID. An authenticated attacker can thereby modify or delete activity and pipeline history for candidates, contacts and companies. The CVSS 4.0 vector is network-reachable, requires low privileges and no user interaction, and impacts integrity only.
