Summary
NLnet Labs Routinator runs out of open connections on its HTTP server when many connections are opened and never closed, which makes the HTTP server unavailable. An unauthenticated remote attacker can trigger this by opening a large number of connections to the HTTP server, and the flaw only matters if the HTTP or RTR server is reachable from untrusted networks. The weakness is classified as CWE-755.

Description from the CNA
Routinator runs out of open connections on the HTTP server when many connections are opened but never closed, leaving the HTTP server unavailable.
