Summary
Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, and LTS 2.580.1 and earlier, do not apply the Jenkins deserialization filter to classes referenced by the resolves-to attribute during XStream deserialization. This is unsafe deserialization of untrusted data (CWE-502). A remote attacker with low privileges can affect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the affected Jenkins instance.
