Attack profile from CVSS 3.1 · CISA ADP. Fix status from CNA. Impact type from CWE-384.
Summary
Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, LTS 2.580.1 and earlier, allows requests authenticated with HTTP Basic authentication, including with an API token, to obtain a "remember me" cookie (CWE-384). An attacker who has obtained a user's API token can keep access to Jenkins through that cookie after the API token is revoked or expires.
