Summary
Nodemailer from 3.0.0 before 10.1.4 contains an address parsing flaw in addressparser, where nested RFC 5322 comments end at the first closing parenthesis (CWE-20). A remote attacker who can submit addresses can hide an attacker address inside a nested comment, bypassing conformant validators and recipient allow lists to receive mail or spoof senders in mailparser.
