Summary

Trudesk through 1.2.11 fails to require authentication for ticket attachments served under /uploads, so unauthenticated remote attackers can download private attachments. Because express.static serves the public directory before the authenticated /uploads route, an attacker who knows or guesses a ticket ObjectId and filename can retrieve confidential files (CWE-552). A public exploit link is listed in the references, and the CISA SSVC data marks exploitation as proof of concept.

Description from the CNA

Trudesk through 1.2.11 contains a missing authentication vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to download private ticket attachments under /uploads. Because express.static serves the public/ directory before the hasAuth-guarded /uploads mount, attackers who know or guess a ticket ObjectId and filename can retrieve confidential attachments.
