Summary

Ghidra from 10.3 before 12.2 has a resource allocation without limits flaw in ThemeReader.readZipTheme() (CWE-770), which extracts every entry of a theme ZIP archive to the images directory without a cap. An attacker can persuade a user to import a crafted theme archive containing many small files, exhausting inodes and disk space and denying service to the host. The CVSS 4.0 vector requires local access and user interaction, with no privileges needed.
